When your client asks for changes

How revisions work, and why an approval cannot be undone.

Your client can approve a post or ask for changes. Either way they type their name first, and the record carries that name with the date and time.

  1. A post they send back appears marked Changes requested, with their note underneath it.
  2. Fix it and use Edit & resubmit. The post becomes version 2 and returns to awaiting review.
  3. Your client reviews it again and approves, or asks for more.

Nothing is overwritten. Version 1, their note, and the time they sent it back all stay on the record beside version 2.

Approval is final. There is no un-approve, and that is the point — a record you can quietly revise is not a record. If a post genuinely has to change after approval, add it as a new item so the history stays honest.
