Export the approval record

The PDF you put in front of a client who says they never approved something.

Every post carries its full history: each submission, each change request and each approval, with the reviewer’s name and the time they did it. The export turns that into a PDF.

  1. Open the project and find the post.
  2. Use Download approval record.
  3. You get a PDF listing every event in order.

This is not a report for a monthly deck. It is the single document you send when a client says a post went out without their approval — the moment CAP earns its price.

Times are Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), labelled on the document so there is nothing to argue about. Arabic and Urdu captions render properly rather than as empty boxes.

The export is a paid feature, on Solo and Studio. On Free the approval record is not available at all — you can still see the latest change request on the post itself.
