Send the review link on WhatsApp

Every project has one review link. It covers the whole batch, it keeps working as you add posts, and your client never has to sign in or install anything.

1. Open the project. The review link sits in the dark panel at the top.
2. Tap Send for review. WhatsApp opens with the message already written and the link in it.
3. Read it, then press send yourself.

CAP never connects to your WhatsApp account and never sends anything on its own. It writes the message; you send it. That is deliberate — an approval that arrived from a bot is worth less than one you sent.

There are four messages: Send for review and Reminder, each in English and Urdu. Each one fills in your client’s name, the project title, how many posts are waiting, and your agency name.

The link is long and unguessable, and that is what keeps it private. Anyone holding it can review, so send it to your client rather than into a group.
