Questions about pricing

Why is it priced on clients and not posts?+

Because clients are how you get paid. A post limit would punish you for using CAP properly — uploading every draft and every revision — which is exactly the behaviour that makes the approval record worth having. When you land a fifth client you are earning more, and that is the moment to ask for more.

Do my clients need to pay, or sign up?+

Neither. Your client opens a link and approves. They never create an account and never see a bill. You are the only person who pays.

What happens if I go over my client limit?+

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Existing clients, projects and approval history stay exactly as they are — you are asked to upgrade before adding another client.

What is the approval-record export?+

A PDF of a post’s complete history: every submission, approval, change request and resubmission, with who did it and when. It is what you send the day a client says they never approved something.

Can I cancel?+

Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. And any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days — no form and no argument.

Which currency am I charged in?+

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — they issue your invoice and apply any VAT or sales tax due in your country, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
