Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

These terms govern your use of CAP. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are contracting with

CAP is operated by Imad Ud Din Faisal, trading as SellerPulse, an individual resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”). CAP is available at cap.getsellerpulse.com.

You can reach us at support@getsellerpulse.com.

2. What CAP does — and what it does not

CAP is a content approval record. You upload planned social media posts, share one link per project with your client, and your client approves them or asks for changes. Every decision is stored with a name and a timestamp.

To be unambiguous about the boundaries, CAP does not:

  • connect to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other social platform
  • publish, schedule or post anything on your behalf
  • connect to, read, or send messages from WhatsApp — it only prepares a message you send yourself
  • create accounts for your clients or contact them on your behalf

CAP prepares WhatsApp messages as ordinary wa.me links. You press send.

3. Your account

You need an account to use CAP as an agency. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One account is for one agency or freelancer; do not share login credentials with people outside your business.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the captions, images, links and client details you put into CAP. We claim no ownership.

You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display it to you and to anyone you choose to share a review link with. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any client material, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Review links are unguessable, not secret

Each project has one review link containing a long random token. Anyone holding that link can view the project’s content and record an approval or a change request, without logging in. That is the deliberate design — it is what removes the friction that kills client approvals.

It also means you decide who sees it. Treat a review link the way you would treat a shared Drive link. Reviewer names are typed in by whoever is reviewing, and we do not verify identity.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CAP to:

  • store or share unlawful material, or material you have no right to
  • attempt to access another account, project or review link that is not yours
  • probe, scan or overload the service, or work around limits and quotas
  • resell or white-label CAP without our written agreement

We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

7. Plans, payment and tax

Current prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars (USD). Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, as you chose — until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. That means Paddle is the seller for the purposes of your purchase, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

We never see or store your card details. If we change prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice before it affects a renewal.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days — no form, no argument. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The full policy is on the refunds page.

9. Availability

We work to keep CAP available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. CAP depends on third parties (listed in our privacy policy) whose outages can affect it.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. CAP is a record of approvals, not a backup of your creative work.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using CAP and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your clients, projects, posts and approval history, and the review links stop working immediately. That cannot be undone — export anything you need first.

We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within a reasonable time after we ask.

11. Liability

CAP is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use CAP after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the operator is resident, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
