Create a project and add posts
A project is a batch of posts your client reviews together — usually a month.
A project is not one post. It is the batch your client sits down and reviews in one go, so most people name theirs after the client and the month.
- Go to Projects and create one. Pick the client, and give it a title like "Al-Noor Salon — August".
- Open the project and use Add content item for each post.
- Choose the platform, write the caption, and either upload the image or paste a link to the video.
- Add the date you plan to publish, if you have one.
Large photos are shrunk in your browser before they upload, so a 14 MB export arrives as about 1 MB. Videos are not uploaded at all — paste a Drive or Dropbox link instead, which also spares your client a 200 MB download on mobile data.
Free covers three projects. Solo and Studio have no project limit.
