Plans, limits and billing
What each plan covers, what happens at a limit, and what happens if a payment fails.
Free covers one client and three projects, with no card and no time limit. Solo is $39 a month or $390 a year and covers five clients. Studio is $79 a month or $790 a year and covers twenty. Solo and Studio also remove CAP branding from the pages your client sees, and unlock the approval-record export.
Limits apply when you add something new, never backwards. If you drop to Free you keep every client, every project and every record — you simply cannot add more until you upgrade again.
Manage billing opens the payment provider’s own screens, where you can change your card, switch plan or cancel. Cancelling leaves your plan running until the period you have already paid for ends.
If a payment fails, your plan keeps working while the provider retries the card over the following days. You will not be locked out of your own approval history because a card expired.
Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so your invoice comes from Paddle and any VAT is theirs to handle.
