Set up your agency and add your first client

Your agency name, and the one detail that decides whether the WhatsApp link opens.

CAP signs every message it prepares with your agency name. Set that first, then add the client you send posts to.

  1. Open Settings and set Your agency to the name your clients know you by. It appears at the end of every WhatsApp message CAP writes.
  2. Go to Clients and add a client: their contact name, the country from the dropdown, and the number they use on WhatsApp.
  3. Type the number the way you normally would. CAP tidies it up — a leading zero, spaces, dashes or a +92 prefix all work.

The number has to be the one that is actually on WhatsApp. If it is not, the Send for review button opens WhatsApp with an error instead of a chat. The review link itself still works — you can paste it into any conversation.
